Strength, movement, and nutrition coaching built to create stronger, more durable athletes.

Who is Jackson?

I’m an exercise physiologist, nutrition professional, and endurance athlete focused on helping people build stronger, more durable bodies that can handle the things they ask of them.

I hold a B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and an M.S. in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I’m also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), ISSN Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN), and ISSA Certified Running Coach.

My approach combines strength training, movement and mobility, nutrition, and exercise physiology to identify limitations, build physical capacity, and support long-term performance. As an endurance athlete and ultrarunner myself, I understand that performing well isn’t just about doing more of your sport. It’s about building a body that can tolerate the training, recover from it, and continue performing over time.

While I specialize in endurance and mountain athletes, the same principles apply to anyone who wants to move better, get stronger, reduce injury risk, and stay capable for the long haul.
